1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rensign’s website and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rensign provides cloud-native digital signage software that lets you design, deploy, and manage content on screens via any web-enabled device.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payment & Billing

You agree to pay all fees for the plans you select (e.g. Base License, Support, Device). All fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. We may change our pricing or introduce new fees upon 30 days’ notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by Rensign are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (images, video, text). By uploading you grant Rensign a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content as part of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rensign media player devices are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. During that period, Rensign will repair or replace at its option any defective device. This warranty covers hardware only; software is governed by the Disclaimer of Warranties below.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL RENSIGN, ITS OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rensign and its affiliates from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version here with a revised “Effective date.” Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
